SAP Business One 💙 Ongoing WMS

Ongoing WMS combined with SAP Business One enables a powerful solution where simplicity meets scalability.

Polr offers an integration between these systems, providing a standard setup that allows you to get started quickly and securely, with the ability for easy customization and handling of unique customer needs.

The integration

SAP to Ongoing:

• Article information

• Customer orders (via picking list if desired)

• Inventory transfers (request for inventory transfer, both inbound and outbound)

• Purchase orders

Ongoing to SAP:

• Outbound deliveries

• Inbound deliveries

• Inventory list (Balances for reconciliation)

Ongoing handles Orders (outgoing goods) and InOrders (incoming goods). You can freely define what is sent as these tasks if needed.

For example, if you use production orders as documents for external production, you can use these as InOrders.

Technology

The integration runs on your end as a Windows service on a server that can access SAP and synchronizes in the background between the systems.

We use the SAP DI API to integrate with SAP, and the integration supports both MSSQL and SAP HANA.

The service sets up a number of standard definitions for what should be sent to Ongoing at the first start. If needed, these can be adjusted in SAP via UserQueries (user-defined queries) with our help or if you have SQL knowledge yourself.

You can set up the integration yourself or with our assistance.

At least one "Indirect" SAP user will be required to run the integration.
